Thank you for the wonderful work you did for us. It is such a relief to not have to vacuum those carpets ever again. We just felt we should let you know that from the time you came into our home and showed us the different floors that were available until your courteous installer had me sign the completion order, that we felt as if we were treated in a very professional manor. Seeing the samples in our home instead of a showroom helped us pick out the floor we wanted and we could not be more appreciative.
We will whole heartedly recommend you to our friends or anyone that is contemplating a new laminate floor. We usually do not write letters unless something is wrong with something we purchase but we felt that we received so much more than what we expected that we should let you know that we appreciated everything.
